Warner Music Group PRIDE (LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group)

• Secured WMG/BFF Social Justice Foundation's Repertoire Fund grant awards by independently researching, writing, and submitting winning nominations for community-focused organizations (2022 & 2023)

• Selected as a Jr. Mentor for the inaugural Americas cohort of WMG's Global DEI reciprocal ("remixed") mentorship program (2022)

• The most junior of 14 employees company-wide named "DEI Changemakers" featured in the Uproxx webseries

• Founder, Q the Music LA (2019)

  • • Organized an advisory committee to launch WMG's first LA-based LGBTQIA+ employee resource group

    • Created the name 'Q the Music' which was selected by the local group and implemented by other chapters across org

    • Co-authored the group's mission statement: "To promote an inclusive culture for the LGBTQIA+ community within WMG. To foster a company culture where universal inclusion is embedded in our core values, understood as a source of innovation, and a means to growth and success."

  • • Managed annual ERG budgets and led strategic planning for all community-building initiatives and events

    • Led dozens of initiatives focused on building community and raising critical funds and awareness for organizations supporting underrepresented and underserved communities. Key contributions have included:

      • • Championed intersectional programming, such as producing the 2021 "Pride + Joy" video series—a celebration of Black queer and trans employees across the diaspora and mutual aid benefit—and launching an initiative in 2022 providing free professional headshots for junior-level employees from marginalized backgrounds

        • Established and cultivated key community partnerships, including an official corporate partnership with APLA Health in 2019; and raised tens of thousands of dollars through grassroots fundraising, brand partnerships, and events (2018 - 2024)

        • Played a key role in advancing company policies for queer/trans colleagues, an initiative that was instrumental in WMG achieving its first-ever 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (2020)

• Global Advisory Board Member, WMG Pride (2020 - 2023)

  • • Served as an advocate and point of contact for colleagues, advancing corporate policies to foster a more inclusive workplace

• Communications Chair, Q the Music Americas (2022 - 2023)

  • • Developed and maintained first-ever internal resource hub for marginalized employees

    • Created promotional materials and distributed internal communications

Pico Union Project

• Aided with distribution at their weekly Vida Sana Farmer’s Market, and performed gardening and cleanup efforts within their community space and surrounding area (2023)

APLA Health

• Volunteered at APLA’s Vance North Necessities of Life food pantry (part of the nation’s largest network of food pantries for people with HIV/AIDS), where I was part of a group who packed nearly 500 grocery kits and handed out free Rastaclat bracelets to clients (2022)

• An AWLA Team Leader and Star Walker (2018 - 2024)

Integrate Advisors

• Volunteered with their Employer Connect program to run mock interviews with a cohort of autistic students/early career professionals (2022)

Outright International

• Reviewed and scored applications for their COVID-19 Global LGBTIQ Emergency Fund (2021)

KaBOOM!

• Participated in a Build Day by helping construct a custom designed playground for a historically underserved community through hands-on carpentry work (2019)

United Way of Greater Los Angeles

• Served as a Route Marshall for HomeWalk -- LA's largest walk to end homelessness (2019)

APLA Health

• Raised tens of thousands of dollars for local services, between 2018-2024, as an AIDS Walk LA team leader and through grassroots fundraising, brand partnerships, and events

• Established and cultivated an official corporate partnership with APLA Health in 2019, leading to corporate-led donation drives

• Hosted Lunch & Learn workshops at WMG's DTLA office

• Organized volunteer days at APLA's North Hollywood Food Pantry

• Oversaw multiple tabling opportunities and social media awareness campaigns for APLA's Out Here Sexual Health programs

• Secured sponsorship of APLA's Game On! event at WMG's DTLA office
